Understanding Your Invoice

We aim for transparency in our billing. Here is a breakdown of a typical invoice from us:

• Invoice Number & Date: A unique identifier for your bill and the date it was issued.
• Billing Period: The service period covered by this invoice (e.g., October 21, 2025 - November 20, 2025).
• Plan Summary: Shows your current subscription plan (e.g., Pro Plan) and the base cost.
• Line Items:
  • Subscription Fee: The recurring charge for your plan.
  • Users: The cost associated with the number of user seats you have.
  • Prorated Charges/Credits: Adjustments made if you changed your plan or number of users mid-cycle.
  • Taxes: Applicable taxes based on your billing address.
• Amount Due: The total amount to be charged to your payment method.

You can access and download all your past invoices from the "Billing History" section in your Account Settings.
